Mr. LAI Chun Liang was appointed as an Executive Vice President of Polyard Petroleum International Co., Ltd. in 2003, and was repositioned as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In 2009, Mr. Lai was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Polyard Petroleum International Group Limited, and Chief Executive Officer in June 2010. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering. Prior to joining the group, he had over 10 years' experience in development of angiocarpy monitoring instrument and research on GPS and navigation system. He has more than 10 years’ of experience in operations and management of companies.
