Sinotech Polyard Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute (“Sinotech Polyard”), a shareholding enterprise registered in Hong Kong, was established by Polyard Petroleum International Group Limited (“PPIG”) of Hong Kong and Lanzhou Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Science (“CAS-LIG”) in May, 2009. It is a high-tech enterprise which mainly engages in oil exploration and development technology services such as seismic data processing and interpretation, geochemical analysis, comprehensive analysis of oil geology and exploration engineering design, etc.
