On January 24, 2008 Department of Energy (DOE) signed the COC14 contract with the Company after the capability review and examine, and award the ownership and operatorship of San Miguel Coal Mine in Surigao del Sur, the Philippines. On May 5, 2008 the NCIP certificate awarded.
