Polyard Petroleum International Group Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Alfred Stawicki has resigned from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company upon the expiry of his service agreement with the Company on 23 May 2013. The Company would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Alfred Stawicki for his contributions to the Company during his tenure.

The Company also announces that Mr. Vladimir Gerchikov will be joining our Group as Vice President of the Company on 1 July 2013. Mr. Gerchikov is a seasoned oil and gas expert who has over 30 years of working experience in geological services, exploration and exploitation, prospects evaluation and development and production for oil and gas fields. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Gerchikov had provided consulting services to oil and gas fields in Kazakhstan, Uruguay, Colombia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey and Vietnam. The Company would like to take this opportunity to welcome the joining of Mr. Gerchikov.
