Secretary Reyes, on behalf of Department of Energy (DOE), approves PPIC‘s application for extension of SC70 on 9th July 2009.

After technical review and evaluation the data, PPIC proposed extension for Sub-Phase One in order to have ample time to process additional 300 km seismic data to further understand the basin and, mature a Drilling Program for the first exploratory well within the acreage.
