On July 10, 2009 Department of Energy （DOE） approved the 9% share of SC70 Project being transferred from Cenozoil to Polyard Petroleum International Company (PPIC). As a result of this share transfer, PPIC has from then on holds 89% participating interest in the SC70 Project of the Philippines.
