China International Mining Petroleum Co Ltd., a subsidiary of Polyard Petroleum International Group, entered into a Crude Oil Sales and Purchase Agreement with Tom’s Power Petroleum Distributor Inc. (TPPDI) today, April 3, 2016. CIMP shall sell crude oil to TPPDI tentatively at 150 barrels a day, but actual quantity shall be determined upon loading. It is expected that the crude oil will be supplied towards end of April, 2016. The agreement will last for a period of one year.
