Crude oil buyer loaded oil at the site
On May 3, 2016 the Philippine buyer, Tom's Power Petroleum Distributor Inc. sent oil tankers to Polyard-1 well site to load crude oil, which officially initiated the Crude Oil Sales and Purchase Agreement executed by both parties.
