Mr. Qian Jie, Deputy Country Manager, joined the Company as Production Engineer of Sinotech Polyard Research Institute and Acting Office Director of China International Mining Petroleum Company Limited (Philippines Branch) in May 2018. He held a doctor degree majoring in oil and gas field development and bachelor of geology from Chengdu University of Technology. He is also titled as Senior Engineer in oil and gas field development in CNPC. He devoted himself in oilfield development design and EOR technology research for over 30 years and has been award more than a dozen of honors in Daqing Oilfield on technical research, EOR design, QC management etc. He has published 14 papers in different levels academic journals. He had engaged in chromium exploration in Congo Brazzaville, Africa. During his engaging in chromium exploration, he discovered a gold mine and obtained the exploration permit.
