Ms. HO Wing Yan has been appointed as the company secretary with effect from 10 October 2022. Ms. Ho has more than 15 years of experience in serving as company secretary of companies listed on the Stock Exchange. She is an associate member of each of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. She is also a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement issued by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
