Responsibilities：
1、to report to the country manager and work closely with the project manager, the exploration manager and the production manager；
2、to work with subsurface study team members to complete the drilling design；
3、to act as a key member of the survey team paying site visit to the wellhead；
4、to submit lists of drilling materials；
5、to work with the exploration manager to determine appropriate procurement plan；
6、to work with the production manager to prepare the bidding invitation papers and enable the management of bidding process efficient；
7、to participate in the tender assessment and awarding of bids；
8、to give support to project manager to provide working conditions at drilling；
9、to lead the drilling manager in proper operation of drilling activities at site；
10、to be engaged in management and safety tasks during drilling operation；
11、to provide qualified drilling record documents after completion of drilling；
12、to handle in preparation of various drilling engineering permits required by Department of Energy and other local government authorities.

Requirements：
1、with minimum 12 years of experience in acting as a senior drilling manager who is totally skilled in on-shore drilling management, including HSE operations；
2、be familiar with the standard procurement process, such as the requisite negotiation and performance process of on-shore drilling contracts；
3、be adapted to work in a small-scale company and coordinate and cooperate with different task groups to achieve the company goal；
4、proficient verbal and written English is required.
