Responsibilities：
1、be liable for submit drilling engineering program and prepare well completion report；
2、be liable for prepare engineering budget, tendering and bidding papers, and be responsible for the drilling activities；
3、to participate in the drilling opeation, to make timely performance reports on the drilling site, be competent to properly react to the various drilling accidents happened on site, to provide professional advices on optimizing the drilling bits, to make appropriate analysis on potential threats in operation and to share his expertise with the company staff both at site and in the base camp；
4、to submit drilling work summary；
5、to handle, supervise and examine all matters in HSE concerns, be responsible for safeguarding the drilling operation, including but not limited to the preventing and corrective measures against violation of normal drilling process；
6、to give instruction, training and coordinate with company staff, act in leading role to develop new technology；
7、to seek for potential equipment supplier, service provider, to be involved in the bidding process, to assist in making the drilling budget and the key task plan；
8、to supervise daily drilling process and the budget control, to evaluate current drilling operation and application of state-of-the-art technology.

Requirements：
1、Undergraduate or above majored in Drilling Engineering of petroleum institute；
2、aged 28-45, holding intermediate professional titles or above；
3、with minimum ten years of working experience in drilling；
4、familiar with the drilling process and operation of drilling equipment and tools；
5、be healthy and sound enough to handle the well site jobs, with teamwork spirit, passionate for job, with integrity and honest character to complete tasks carefully and strictly conforming to the professional ethics；
6、English is required in daily routine work and candidate with proficient listening, speaking, reading and written English is preferred.
