Qualification：
1、under age of 50, has experience in mining activites, especially in diamond, coal and other minerals, and with over +10 years experience in exploration, geology, survey, mining and ore dressing；

2、candidates holding diamond dressing, exploitation or professional engineer qualification certificates can have working experience less than ten years；

3、candidates applying construction engineering positions for maintaining mining plant supporting facilities, such as plant structures, utilities equipment must have minimum 5 years of relative working experience.

Requirements：
1、Chinese citizens capable of independent behavior；

2、healthy without any functional disorder；

3、conforming to the conditions for Chinese citizens to go abroad；

4、agreeable to the working conditions and remuneration standards raised by the Company and be willing to go abroad, such as Africa countries；

5、voluntarily execute an employment contract with the Company and abide by all the regulation and rules of the Company's management.
